How do I access my files?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files directly from your account purchases page: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
How do I customize my design?
Open the Digital Product Certificate PDF file you downloaded for your order. Click on the link to access your template. If you don't already have an account, create one for free by signing up with Canva. Once you have an account, click the 'Use template' button to open the template and start customizing.
How do I print my design?
You can print your design at home, at a print store, or use an online printing service to have it printed and shipped directly to you.
How can I print multiple designs on one page?
Once you're done customizing your template in Canva, download it as PDF Print with the “Crop marks and bleed” box checked. Open the downloaded PDF file and from the “Print” menu, increase the “copies per page” option to, for example, 9. This way, you will be able to print 9 cards on one page.
What type of paper should I use?
The type of paper and thickness are personal choices that can vary according to your needs. However, it's usually a good idea to choose a thickness that is at least as firm as a standard business card. We suggest visiting a print store and seeing the difference in real life before ordering large quantities of paper. From a sustainability perspective, a thinner card is better since it uses less paper. Therefore, it's important to find a balance between sustainability and quality.
